Our goal at Sydney health physiotherapy is to help our patients recover faster from injury, learn the best way they can reach their physical goals, and give them the skills to reduce chance of other injuries. Located in health clinics across Sydney, we have direct access to a full allied health support team including GPs, nurses, dieticians and psychologists.

Our physiotherapy team has extensive knowledge and experience with a range of conditions from acute sport injury to chronic pain. We aim to use the most effective treatment for patients to reach their goals. This consist of hands on therapy including; massage, joint mobilization and dry needling. Therapy can also involve additions such as heat & ice, ultrasound, TENS, sport/postural taping or mobility aids to help reduce pain and get patients back on their feet. Exercise rehabilitation (URL link) is key part of successful recovery and your physiotherapist is trained to make the best program for your goals. Exercise rehabilitation involves strength training, postural exercises, stretches and mobility drills specific to your needs.
