  • Back extensors

Purpose

  • high grade strengthening of back extensor muscles

To do this exercise

  • focus on activating your back extensors

  • lifting yourself up by your spine

  • lift up your forearm so that they are parallel to your body

  • hip pushing against the ball when you reach the highest point
