Frequently Asked Questions

How long are your sessions?

Your initial Physiotherapy appointment will be 30-45 minutes and follow-ups are 30 minutes.

Does each session include consultation and treatment?

We endeavour to conduct treatment in every session, however we will mainly concentrate on one area per session.  On your initial session if you present with more than one area of concern we will assess and treat the area that concerns you the most.

Our practice has an All-Encompassing Approach and our aim is to target your physical issue from all perspectives.  We do perform hands-on (manual therapy) treatment if this is what is required after having assessed your area of concern.

Do you provide Dry Needling & Acupuncture?

Yes we do.  You will need to be assessed to determine whether if it will be a suitable form of treatment for your condition.

Do you provide Ergonomic Assessments?

Yes we do.  We will review and assess your office workstations and advice you on the equipment and the setup you may need to improve the ergonomics of your desk/workstation.

No, you can book in and come directly to see a Physiotherapist without a Doctor’s referral.
