Professional Background
With a degree in Exercise Physiology from UNSW and certification as a Personal Trainer, Jeffrey is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their overall physical health, focusing on strength training, injury prevention, and improving functional movement. His approach is informed by the practices of professional athletes, combining strength training with a balanced diet to promote long-term health, longevity, and injury prevention.

Personal Story
Jeffrey’s passion for health and fitness extends beyond his professional work. A self-confessed gym junkie, he lives and breathes fitness, often training in the gym four days a week. He believes in the power of high-intensity training, particularly for older adults, and challenges the common belief that walking alone is sufficient for maintaining health. His mission is to introduce strength training to people at all stages of life, from office workers to retirees. Outside of work, Jeffrey leads by example with a disciplined diet, enjoys staying active, and brings a fun, motivating energy to everything he does.
