Purpose
This exercise aims to improve hip stability and treat groin pain. The iliacus muscle stabilizes the front of your hip or groin area.
To do this exercise
Feel the groin area and use this mental cue to help you activate this deep muscle correctly.
Concentrate on the image of "Drawing your knees to your hips".
You may feel a slight hallowing of the groin area as the ball and socket joint stabilizes.
