Rotator cuff
Purpose
This exercise directly loads the supraspinatus (rotator cuff muscle). For those of you who are experiencing rotator cuff tendinitis, this is a higher grade exercise.
To do this exercise
Make sure you maintain the tension and pull the band to your shoulder level
