Sidelay shoulder stretch

  • Posterior shoulder capsule

Purpose

  • stretch to get reaching your back easier

To do this exercise

  • do not push too hard, this is a gentle stretch

  • make sure your shoulder is right underneath you

  • do not let your elbow slide around
