Rotator cuff muscle. Shoulder stabilising muscle.

Purpose

Shoulder external rotation against theraband is the rehabilitation exercise for shoulder impingement. By strengthening the rotator cuff muscle, you can stabilise your shoulder joint, as well as obtaining a better posture.

Pay special attention to:

  • Pivot from the elbow.
