Purpose

Theraband neck forward pull is an exercise that aims to increase the strength of your neck so that your neck pain diminishes and your postural muscles rejuvenates

To do this exercise

  • Tuck in the chin but not bending the neck down

  • pull the band until you can feel the stretch at the back of your neck
